We require proof of vaccination before we can work on your Fur Baby. All of our clients MUST HAVE updated rabies vaccinations with documentation. If not provided our grooming services cannot be offered. Safety first!
Documentation can be shown the day of your grooming appointment or emailed to us before.
We understand busy schedules! As we are booking in advance, we require 24 hours to cancel your appointment to avoid charges that WILL be added to your next appointment date.
If your appointment is confirmed but you fail to arrive- an automatic NO SHOW FEE will be added and MUST BE PAID prior to your next appointment or on your next visit!
CANCELLATION FEE- $35.00
NO SHOW FEE- $ 50.00
Knots aren't fun! Our groomers will do what is necessary to make sure your Fur Baby is going to be comfortable for their well being! If deemed necessary based on coat condition, de-matting time and overall grooming safety- a de- matting fee WILL be added to your grooming based on our groomers discretion.
DE-MATTING FEE- $20.00 (minimum) up to $50.00
Safety is our number one priority! Sometimes injury, irritation and other issues can unfortunately happen if coat condition is severe! Before we can work on your Fur Baby, our waiver form MUST be signed detailing the high risk factors that can occur.
Grooming takes time and requires patience, and some dogs just don't like it! We make sure to take our time and go slow to help your dog understand and get used to the process. Based on handling difficulty and safety, an additional fee may be added to your grooming.
